Q: Are tattoos allowed?
A: Yes. Because our facility consists of entirely private suites, guests with tattoos are welcome to use our saunas without any restrictions.
Q: Do I need to bring a swimsuit?
A: Yes, swimsuit is required even in our private suites. This is to ensure comfort and privacy for everyone, as you may walk through common areas or go to the restroom wearing a sauna poncho.
Rental Options: If you don't have your own, swimsuits are available for rent (300 yen for men / 500 yen for women) as an option when booking.
Q: What happens if I am late for my reservation?
A: Please arrive at the 1st-floor cafe reception 5 minutes before your scheduled time.
Important: Please note that your reservation will be automatically canceled if you are more than 30 minutes late.
